This yacht is being sold as an unfinished refit, basically the refit is 90% complete. Due to an accident I am not mobile enough to finish her, which is a great shame after all the man-hours and money we have spent. She has sat in the boat yard for several years now while I waited to see if I would be able to finish and sail her, this seems not to be so with great regret I must sell her. • Hull below waterline was peeled and a full epoxy osmosis treatment applied.
• All skin fittings have been replaced with marine grade Tonval Brass below waterline and either plastic or stainless steel above.

• All deck fittings removed.
• All holes epoxy filled and drilled due to cork sandwiched deck.
• New stanchions and holders fitted.
• New Perspex windows and forward hatch, also sliding hatch and washboards replaced with Perspex to give the cabin more light.

• New exits and sheave boxes, running rigging, deck rollers and jammers.
• All the Lewmar winch bodies have been stripped and triple plated chromed.
• Engine completely stripped and rebuilt.
